Second Trimester: Symptoms and Self Care Tips for Pregnant Moms

Entering the second trimester, what should moms be prepared for?

You could say this period is a period of turmoil for most moms because it is a period of the most changes - whether it’s physical or mental. The good news is your baby’s gender is now revealed! We have many great tips to share and highly encourage dads to read along as well.

   The most noticeable change that you can see with your eyes is weight gain (about 1-2 kilograms per month) together with an increase in breast size. 3. Precautions

If you experience vaginal bleeding, this could be a sign of placental previa; or if you experience pain during urination, fever or back pain, this may lead to or be a sign of urinary tract infection. It is recommended to seek medical attention as soon as possible.
